Q. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A. NORMAL PAYMENT TERMS ARE 50% DEPOSIT AND 50% UPON DELIVERY. WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. NET TERMS FOR BUSINESSES ARE AVAILABLE WITH CREDIT APPROVAL. WE DO RUN A CREDIT CHECK, SO WE MUST BE CONTACTED WELL IN ADVANCE OF YOUR REQUIRED DATE.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR USUAL TURN TIME?
A. STANDARD TURN TIME FOR MOST SCREENPRINT ORDERS IS 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SALES ORDER APPROVAL AND RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT. STANDARD TURN TIME FOR MOST EMBROIDERY ORDERS IS 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SALES ORDER APPROVAL AND RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT. STANDARD TURN TIME FOR MOST AD SPECIALTY ORDERS IS 15-20 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT. MOST RUSH ORDER DATES CAN BE MET WITH ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

A. CALL OR E-MAIL US! WE WILL PREPARE YOU A WRITTEN CUSTOM QUOTE FOR YOUR ORDER. AS AN EXAMPLE, FOR SCREENPRINTING, THE COST DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF COLORS USED ON THE GARMENT, THE NUMBER OF IMPRINT LOCATIONS (FRONT AND BACK), AND THE TYPE OF GARMENT. FOR INITIAL ORDERS, ART CHARGES AND INITIAL SCREEN SETUP FEES WILL APPLY.

Q. HOW CAN I SUPPLY MY ART?
A. YOU CAN SUPPLY YOUR LOGO OR DESIGN ARTWORK IN A NUMBER OF WAYS FROM A PRINTED IMAGE TO EVEN A SKETCH. SKETCHED ARTWORK TAKES THE LONGEST AND IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE METHOD. MOST OF THE TIME ARTWORK IS PROVIDED IN A COMPUTER FILE FORMAT AS EITHER FINISHED ARTWORK, OR ROUGH ARTWORK, OR IN A PRINTED FORMAT. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DESIGN, OR IF YOU DO HAVE A DESIGN AND HAVE QUESTIONS, CALL OR E-MAIL US!
Q. WHAT ARE ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS FOR TRANSMITTING MY ART?
A. ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS ARE: VECTOR BASED ARTWORK AI (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR) EPS PDF ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES OR CURVES RASTER BASED ARTWORK PSD (PHOTOSHOP) INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL LAYERS TIFF JPG RASTER ART SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT 300 DPI MINIMUM RESOLUTION. ART CHARGES MAY STILL APPLY. WE REALIZE THAT PLACING AN ORDER FOR A CUSTOM PRODUCT, BE IT A SCREENPRINT PRODUCT, AN EMBROIDERED PRODUCT, OR A PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT CAN BE DAUNTING DUE TO ALL OF THE VARIABLES INVOLVED.
